Hi! Is there a way to see the users who are registered on your Matrix instance? I have open registration, and would like to see if someone has registered. Thanks.

not exactly sure if there is a good cli tool for it, but the server has a rest endpoint for this documented at https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse/latest/admin_api/user_admin_api.html maybe as an admin on the server, the element client may also have that ability?
