@ultraviolet looks to be more like a UI bug that needs to be reported upstream. Do you see any errors in the web browser console?

@ultraviolet I was confused about this initially but I learnt to ignore it.
Maybe a UI bug but not a functionality bug as it uploads fine..
I just navigate away to the inbox (or my tag "awaiting codes) after a bunch of uploads as a quick check that they have gone through. -
