The upstream project has not released in almost 3 years now.

We had to build from develop to get some PHP 8 support going, but there are bugs like https://github.com/phpservermon/phpservermon/issues/1196 , https://github.com/phpservermon/phpservermon/issues/1232 .

There's also a bunch of basic issues:
- Normal user cannot login after admin user logs in. Some issue related to service worker.
- LDAP functionality is incomplete
