chatwoot isn't listed anymore in topics?

I'm having trouble with my cloudron chatwoot installation. In particular, the latest update broke slack integration and when I came here to try to find out why, I can't even post into a chatwoot category for some reason? Am I missing something about how this forum should work?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
