Lychee - Live Photo view
-
Hello,
I just want to confirm if this is an issue residing on my server. When uploading images via FTP and then importing them inside Lychee, I encounter a problem.
All my photos are in Live Photo format, but for some reason, Lychee doesn't display them when viewing these photos.
For example, this is what I see: IMG_2431.png
I'm not sure if this issue is related to the Cloudron package or if it's a general problem. When I look at the official Lychee pages, it appears that Live Photos are supported.

Do you have maybe and example live photo which you can share so we can see if we are able to reproduce this?

hm from your Rhodes island link, I can only download JPGs which are still and do work fine when imported into a test lychee instance. However I can see that LIVE tag in yours, but can't download it in that format from there.
The second links have an 0byte JPG and a .mov file, the second is possible to import, but since lychee has no transcoding I guess, my firefox on linux can't play the mov file afterwards (chrome can play it, but only audio from that .mov file)

@nebulon @randyjc the behavior seems exactly same as https://github.com/LycheeOrg/Lychee/issues/1746 . Looks like the jpg and mov files are not associated properly. Maybe we should provide these images to upstream.
