Priority of App Updates

As @girish said, there is no prioritization for app updates as such, but often there are other issues why updates are delayed. For example ampache update is currently pending and the reason here is that the new app package does not pass our tests and the package needs work, which is not finished yet. Other examples might be for apps like Nextcloud, where based on longer or recent experience, we delay major app releases and wait at least for the first upstream patch release.

@mhgcic Apps are updated as upstream app makes new releases. Is that what you are asking ? Usually, it's not like 10 apps are pending to be updated. So, it has never come to the point of having to priorotize.
