The repo was just updated and looks really polished. Even a gitpod deployment, which is nice as it details all the steps needed.

Uses MySQL and Redis along with frontend NodeJS and back end Java services.

Also integrates with N8N!

Will make a great addition.

My own experience with similar apps. Still using SeaTable for some things. Stopped paying them. Don't trust long term. Trying NocoDB & Baseow here.

APITable is the best open-source alternative to Airtable. Best of all, APITable has a cooler UI and more functionality.
I believe APITable would be an excellent addition to the platform. The recent updates and the active development community make it a strong contender among Airtable alternatives.
Please consider adding it to the lineup!
