          it's been a while, as I prefer my text editing in dark mode, and at the time (2008) ++ didn't have it.

            @lukas Not a huge amount to document, but anything I do is in my password manager.

                @lukas Enpass for personal, Vaultwarden for business/shared, if that helps. On a Mac the shortcut for Enpass quick access is option-command-p, so anything is just a shortcut and search away.
