How many subdomains are used in this case for that domain? Generally there is little to do besides letting it cool down a bit unless there is a bug in the code firing way too many requests. Do you see anything suspicious in the logs?
Are you also using the domain outside of Cloudron? I am surprised you hit any limit at all, Cloudron API usage is quite low.
