Migrate a Cloudron app to self-hosted version

Hi, I have tried searching in the forum, but I only found topics on migrating Cloudron to a different server.
I was wondering about the potential solutions for these two scenarios:

1. Say I have an app hosted in Cloudron, i.e. Chatwoot. Later, I want to migrate my database to a stand-alone, self-hosted version of Chatwoot.

2. I host an app, for example, Invoice Ninja in Cloudron. Later, my client wants to host this app in their own Cloudron.

1. You can create a backup of the app and it will dump the database alongside other app data. This can be used for importing into a standalone instance, just like moving from one standalone to another.

2. You can use https://docs.cloudron.io/backups/#import-app-backup to migrate an individual app to another Cloudron. You only have to be careful to have the same usernames for the users which are relevant.
