yes it is explicitly disabled now as it caused warnings of files within the read-only filesystem, so people will get unnecessary warnings. https://git.cloudron.io/cloudron/nextcloud-app/-/blob/master/start.sh?ref_type=heads#L99 maybe future versions can bring it back.
