@adison I've been happy with Hetzner for a while, don't think you can go wrong with that.

@adison here is my Hetzner referral link which should give you €20 of cloud credits if you wanna give them a try: you can set-up servers instantly and they charge by the hour so not much to loose: https://ud.coop/vps

And FYI here are their docs about creating a Firewall too if you want to do that https://docs.hetzner.com/cloud/firewalls/getting-started/creating-a-firewall/

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

@jdaviescoates ok but my only worry is that, well i have2, but my main worry is that there was important info on the server, sutch as API keys, passwords and 2FA tokens.
and how mutch would they normally cost? my expectations are around 16gigs of ram, and at least 200GB of storage

my website is not available right now

That is indeed a worry. But where exactly was all that? If it was all in Cloudron and you have a Cloudron backup you should be able to restore and retrieve it all?

                Hetzner are pretty good value.

They have various options. If you're looking for 16 GB RAM your 3 options would be:

                CX41
                Shared vCPU 4 Intel
                RAM 16 GB
                Disk space 160 GB
                Traffic 20 TB
                € 0.0343 / hr € 20.88 / mtl.

                CPX41
                Shared vCPU 8 AMD
                RAM 16 GB
                Disk space 240 GB
                Traffic 20 TB
                € 0.0500 / hr € 30.24 / mtl.

                CCX23
                Dedicated vCPU 4 AMD
                RAM 16 GB
                Disk space 160 GB
                Traffic 20 TB
                € 0.0470 / hr € 29.38 / mtl.

So if you really do need at least 200GB of storage it looks like the CPX41 would be the one to go for. Alternatively you could go for one of the others and buy and attach what they call a volume which cost € 0.0528 / GB per month (so eg. 50GB is € 2.64/ month or 100GB is € 5.28/ month)

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

If you need aboput 200Gb, I would get at least 300Gb.
Personally I don't like running servers to more than 80%, and I like to keep "spare" disk soace for ad-hoc needs.
Too many stories here and elsewhere about "my server crashed because no disk space"

I use Hetzner and generally happy with them.
But I suggest you like in theri Server Auction rather than their standard offerings.
You can get more bang for your buck.

                            Sorry for typo.
Yes, I believe servers in their Server Auctions are dedicated servers, but the price is reasonable.
Maybe more power and diosk space than their standard packages.
                            At worth checking.

Yeah you do get a lot more bang for your buck with their server auctions, but they start at a slightly higher price.

                              Here they are: https://www.hetzner.com/sb

Current cheapest price is €33.24, but for that you can get a fully dedicated server with Intel Core i7-6700 CPU, 64 GB RAM and 2 x 512 GB SSD Drives!

                              Total bargain really.

I believe configured by default as RAID, so for those skim reading, be aware that it is 512Gb available for use, but with some data protection.

And yes, much better value than the standard offerings.
