Reset my cloudron.io password

I've made a huge mistake : I've reformatted my Cloudron install by error !

More, I forgot my cloudron.io password. And I cannot have it reset since my mail server was managed by my Cloudron install

I'm trying to resinstall Cloudron. But maybe, I'll need to sign in cloudron.io ? As said before, I don't have my password anymore.

Can you help please ?

If you're referring to your Cloudron.io Account (Billing) you can reset your password here.

If you're referring to your hosted Cloudron instance, you can reset your account by going to your server url, similar to this: https://my.example.com/login.html

Thanks. Yes I was referring to my Cloudron.io account. I cannot reset my password, since I don't have assess to my email

@laurent You would need to send an email to support@cloudron.io for help on that from any email address you have access to, and they'd provide further steps.
