Hello,
It's putting all DNS records inside "...." and it's messing up with everything, right from the initial domain setup to any app Install...! please look into it, after getting stuck for hours and checking the logs and manually removing all " got things to work -
@zodiacstar123 thanks for reporting. Do you mean that the records inside DigitalOcean DNS are all messed up? I guess you mean the TXT records have extra double quotes?

@zodiacstar123 OK, indeed, the DO image has to be updated to 7.7. We have submitted a new image (it takes 2-3 days to approve).
