I have Mautic set to use cloudron's settings, and test e-mails or direct e-mails to contacts work just fine.

However, when it comes to contacts signed up on lead gen forms, the confirmation email takes ages to send out.

Any idea if this is related to Cloudron, or should I take this to Mautic's forums?

@jordanurbs mautic does actions only in cronjobs. So, everything is based on how those cronjobs are configured.

You can edit the schedule of the cronjobs in /app/data/crontab.system and restart the app.

@jordanurbs the standard installation of Mautic cronjobs is not optimized. Have a look here: https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/10255/adjust-cron-jobs-for-mautic-is-it-possible/10?_=1712870090389

This may speed up things considerably 😉
