OpnForm - Build beautiful forms in seconds

Looks interesting, but if you haven't seen it, NocoDB has a view that lets you build custom forms https://nocodb.commonscomputer.com/dashboard/#/nc/form/f22133cb-7261-48b1-a803-0d9073bf26ef
There's a "survey" mode that gives you Typeform-style one question at a time, too.
This is very similar to how I've used Airtable in the past, so was impressed that NocoDB supports this.

That said, I believe the proposed OpnForm from the OP sounds amazing and would be a great addition to Cloudron. Indeed, yes we can use other apps as alternative as taught by @bmann, but still an easy to access strait away standalone app, especially as this one, is always a welcomed time saver.

I took a deeper look at OpnForm from the user perspective.

Presumably the responses the get stored into a spreadsheet-like table that could e.g. be exported as a CSV file?
I need something like that at present and don't want to have to use Google Forms to do it...

Yes, you can!

NocoDB is the perfect tool for such things!
After manually setting up a form I realised I could've just import the template CSV I already had and it automatically creats the necessary form to collect the data! Awesome!
Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention @bmann!

Any news about Opnform? This is a proper form solution that is invaluable to us Cloudron users.
It's so straightforward to use too. I'm not that great with Docker so I rely a lot with what apps Cloudron brings in. -

BTW, NocoDB (already on Cloudron) does great forms, and Nextcloud Forms can also (finally!) be linked to a spreadsheet to store responses like Google Forms too (and it works great).

NoCoDB indeed has a form view, but it is no nearly as featured as Opnform!
+1 for having this on Cloudron -

Wow, this is cool! Try the AI generated form tool! Amazing.
Lets "get it on", as T-Rex would say. -

Every time I read AI powered I wonder where the model is running in first place (and if it's an ongoing model training). Especially when personal data is involved.

We seriously need a good form app in Cloudron. I don't know about you guys, but I use mail, outline, n8n, and WordPress in 90% of my Cloudron installations. Having a good form app will complete it for me, and I know for a lot of you guys. For now we have FormBricks (but that's more like a survey tool than a normal form). HeyForm and OpnForm is where it is.

@Aizat Have you tried either of the apps? Do you have a review of them ? Would be great if you can post your notes here after using them.
wrote 11 days ago last edited by@joseph I have tried them in Coolify. Both are great, with Heyfrom trying to go head to head against typeform, and Opnform is your general go-to form. You can do lots with them both, design wise its beautiful and simple to use. I think soon Opnform will support payment as well. I think this is a great combination since we also already have Cal in Cloudron. With proper form app we can reduce the number of plugin we use in Wordpress too. Currently my go-to is Fluent forms, but I'm tryng to decentralise everything and only leaves WP just for the website. So clients do not need to go into WP backend just to see the forms admissions and so on.
After Cloudron 9, I hope the team can try bring them in. It will be one of the best thing ever for all Cloudron users, I'm sure.
