How do I reply to topics in this forum?

I started this thread and see that @girish and @nebulon took the time to reply and I'd like to share the solution but can't see anywhere on the UI for replying on this thread I made or any other. I am probably doing something dumb!

Or maybe a permissions issue ... I guess I am only able to post to Comentario.

@ReessKennedy mm, there is Reply button on the thread header. Then a Quick Reply button at the bottom of each thread as well. Each response in the thread also has a reply button of it's own. Maybe some caching issue or browser on your side? Can you refresh in your browser and maybe post some screenshot?
