You have to back it up somehow. Maybe, rsync the files using a cron job inside nextcloud - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#cron
Yes, technically, this is rather easy, but I am looking for best practices of other users if someone else has that scenario, e.g. where to sync it to as well.
