All Offline adter update or db can't restart.

Hi All

got up to my server show this

look in to it can see the server trying to update

look at the service list and looks like mangodb locked in a restart

is it safe to reboot ?

cpu low and ram ok

and can see a thing in the logs too

Has your server got AVX?

I'd guess perhaps not and this could be your issue. Mongodb now requires AVX

@Nozy maybe contact us at support@cloudron.io and enable remote SSH support for us, so we can take a direct look at it. Looks like something failed midway during the update.

and to my looks like network for that docker is not running ( just a gess )

So there seem to be three issues. One was mongodb where the database got corrupt and the mongodb daemon would core-dump. This was resolved with resetting this addon https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#corrupt-addon

The second is not yet resolved, it is some ipv6 routing issue. The server fails to connect to itself via ipv6.

Third some routing issue, possibly related to Cloudflare proxying. Waiting for @Nozy to disable that for a start.

had a look V6 is 100% off and I can see the App store

I also responded in the support ticket just now, but for others following this thread, the main test for this here is to ensure curl -6 -v https://api.cloudron.io/api/v1/apps works.

This was resolved by avoiding disabling IPv6, as the environment where this Cloudron runs does not support it well.
