I'm using Cloudron, hosted on Digital Ocean, and currently only have one app installed (Snipe-IT). My Cloudron backups are pointing to a Digital Ocean Space that is separate from my Cloudron instance. The automatic Cloudron backups fail regularly.

However, if I stop the Snipe-IT app and manually run a Cloudron backup it completes successfully without issue.

If anyone could help me troubleshoot why these backs fail, I'd appreciate it. I've included an example screenshot of the backup operation logs below (error is the same every time). If there is any additional information I can provide, please let me know. Thank you!

@jpat this is most likely solved in Cloudron 8, so please update Cloudron first. You may have to stop the app though in order to let the backup prior the update succeed.

Cloudron is at 8.1, with 8.2 around the corner….

Thank you! I'm working through the platform updates now. I didn't realize it was so out of date, as I had automatic updates turned on. Discovered that the same issue causing my backups to fail was also preventing the platform updates from completing. Manually stopping the Snipe-IT app allowed the updates to complete successfully, so I'm assuming this will be resolved, but will follow up here if not.

                Really appreciate the assistance.
