We can not help you. You have your answer. Look for VPSes which unblock port 25. I frequent lowendtalk and lowendbox for this.

I have the solution, VPS is blocked SMTP , now is open now is working
@q__nt_n The VPS blocks port outbound 25. You have to reach out to contabo again and tell them that you can't connect with the above command.
thanks for the explanations. I have already contacted digital ocean requesting the release of port 25.
at first, strangely, they claimed that there is no output block on port 25 (although I did the test with the command 'telnet' in the cli).
