Can I use / upgrade to Baserow paid options on Cloudron?

Are you referring to baserow enterprise - https://baserow.io/user-docs/enterprise-license-overview ?
Per https://baserow.io/user-docs/activate-enterprise-license you have to contact their support for a license. Per https://baserow.io/docs/installation%2Finstall-with-docker , there is no difference between enterprise and normal installation (atleast, there is no mention of enterprise on that page). So, maybe this already works in Cloudron ?
