Hi @girish and @nebulon I was just browsing the FreeScout issues in their Github and found this https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/issues/3428 . I remember you use NGINX on Cloudron so maybe the extra steps are needed?

@imc67 We use apache, so the next update will fix it.
