Cloudron and Optional Extras for Castopod

The Castopod documentation indicates we can power up our instance with e.g. ffmpeg. Has Cloudron already done this for us?

ffmpeg and gd are already installed . Package also has redis and email pre-configured. We don't support CDN though, I guess this has to be configured by the user.
