I have both chatwoot and RASA communicating but need help completing the integration. it has been a bit of a challenge as the existing documentation relies on cwctl installation. Would anyone be able to help?

Can you tell us a bit more why https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/self-hosted/deployment/chatwoot-ctl is required for RASA integration ?

I guess you are referring to https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/product/channels/live-chat/integrations/dialogflow/ ? Can't figure why that needs cwctl though.

In the documentation they are using it for "Managing Bots
Use cwctl to manage bot-related tasks such as starting, stopping, or updating the bot service."
and "Troubleshooting
Check logs for any integration issues:
cwctl --logs bot" -
