VPS providers with hardware support for video - suggestions?

Some CPUs have integrated graphics support, which is nice if your VPS is managing video projects. Some of the most modern CPUs even have AV1 encode support.
Are there any VPS providers that are pretty good for video at a reasonable price-point?
