stop wiki container in order to transfer database

Is there a way for me to stop the wiki container? I'd like to migrate a full database from another WikiJS server and the instructions suggest it's best to stop the wiki container before doing db manipulation.

Yes, use the Recovery mode from the app Repair tab.
