Increase minimum RAM for NocoDB

I just installed it for the first time and it run out of memory before I'd even opened it at all!
Clearly the 500MB minimum is not enough.

Unlikely given I've got a dedicated server with 64GM RAM and seemingly never even use half of that.

Alright, 1GB then. Maybe they haven't updated upstream doc pages.
