      Hello All,

      I'm in the process of setting up Matomo on Cloudron for web analytics, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to allocate resources to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Given that Matomo can be quite resource-intensive, especially with high traffic websites, I want to make sure I'm setting it up in a way that balances performance with cost.

      What are the recommended CPU and memory allocations for a Matomo instance expected to handle moderate to high traffic?

      My idea is to install Matomo on a VPS with a single Cloudron instance that can be isolated but can be reached from all websites.

      About "hits", in my case Matomo should be able to handle till 500.000 hits/months.

      Suggestions are very welcome.

      Thank's a lot for your support

        @p44 https://matomo.org/faq/on-premise/matomo-requirements/ has some numbers (but sorry, I don't have a concrete idea myself). We do use matomo on cloudron.io , but I haven't paid much attention to it 😄

            @girish I found this answer:

            Tracking 1 million page views per month or less

            One server can be sufficient to host both the database and app server
            App server minimum recommended configuration: 4 CPU, 8 GB RAM, 250GB SSD disk.
