Error Hetzner server

Hi,
I received this error message when i tried to connect to cloudron on Hetzner server:

I cjecked DNS and all is right. any advices?

@ikka is your domain hosted on Robot and not KonsoleH ?

I have subscribed to cloud account CX11 plan

I guess the question was more about how and where you host the domain (nameservers) and not the server itself, if I read this correctly that CX11 is the VPS plan.
