Humhub APP suddenly in DEBUG MODE (since last update)?!

I just discovered that our PRODUCTION Humhub noticed me that it's in DEBUG MODE! (Administration > Information).
To switch it to production you need to follow the steps in: https://docs.humhub.org/docs/admin/installation#enable-production-mode
However that mentioned file is not available via Filemanager so it must be something in the package?
