auto update dbip city lite database throws an error

/app/code/miscis a read-only location. I guess we can make this one file a symlink and maybe that will work with the updater. I just tried to reproduce this abut at least I can't make it trigger an update. I have added https://download.db-ip.com/free/dbip-city-lite-2024-10.mmdb.gz and saved that form but thats it?Also given that the URL contains the actual year and month I am kinda curious how refetching this will update to a newer version, does anyone know?
