Consider adding support for pgvector & pgvectorscale for PGSQL

Since we still don't have Multi Cloudron and many AI front and apps, these extension(s) to the existing Postgres DB on Cloudron would benefit many.

Consider enabling these for all, or at least a check box way to enable them.
