    I have a server hosted on Netcup, which already includes IPv4 and IPv6.

    However, I’ve noticed that Cloudron cannot detect my public IPv6 address.

    847df9a1-11af-498a-ad31-11617c75a4f1-image.png

    Some information might be helpful:

    root@account# host -t AAAA ipv6.api.cloudron.io
    ipv6.api.cloudron.io has IPv6 address 2604:a880:800:10::b66:f001

    root@account# curl -6 https://ipv6.api.cloudron.io/api/v1/helper/public_ip
    curl: (7) Failed to connect to ipv6.api.cloudron.io port 443 after 1 ms: Couldn't connect to server

    Could you help me resolve this issue, please?

    Thank you.

      You have to ask netcup to assign your server an IPv6. After that, they possibly have instructions to configure IPv6 .

          @IniBudi there's many threads in their forum if you speak german. Like https://forum.netcup.de/administration-of-a-server-vserver/vserver-server-kvm-server/9565-ipv6-einrichten/ https://forum.netcup.de/administration-of-a-server-vserver/vserver-server-kvm-server/17978-verbindung-über-ipv6-nicht-möglich/ . Since, I don't speak german, I am quite lost in that forum.
