    Bonjour 👋,

    • Domaine Cloudron : my.exemple.com
    • Version Cloudron : vX.X.X
    • App supprimée : WordPress Managed (wordpress-XXXX)
    • Sauvegarde app : app_2025-05-17-220002.tar.gz

    2. Nouvelle instance WP + import manuel → échec à 65 %, owner mismatch.
    3. Suivi le guide “restore from box backup” → peur de casser mes autres apps (n8n, Redis).

2 • Migration de mon ancien site SWISSZY.com

    • Ancien hébergeur : Hostinger (VPS KVM-8)
    • Fichiers en local :
      • dump SQL (swisszy.sql, 200 Mo)
      • archive WordPress (swisszy_files.tar.gz, 1,2 Go)

    2. Importer la base et les fichiers de SWISSZY pour qu’il tourne sur ce WordPress.
    3. Conserver intactes mes autres applications (n8n, Redis).

    Logs récents (extrait)

    # cloudron logs box --since 2h | tail -n 40
    [com.cloudron.app] restore: owner mismatch uid 1000 != 1010
    ...

Hello @swisszy this is a public forum with people from all over the world. The world language is English.
To ensure everyone, included you, can benefit from public support, you have to translate your post to English.
Otherwise, assistance will be slow to none.

      Thanks.

Yes we have unfortunately no French-speaking team member at Cloudron. I will see, if nodebb has some translation plugin.

@girish Could you DM me? I need to send the SSH token and backup link privately. Thanks!
