Add usergroup when creating a new user

Would be great to be able to be able to assign a usergroup at the creation of the user.

Current workflow is:
- click on button to create
- input email + name
- save to create user
- edit user
- assign user to group
- save user

looking at the edit interface, maybe also "admin" status, but this is less important as you probably shouldn't add a lot of admin.
