Add usergroup when creating a new user

Would be great to be able to be able to assign a usergroup at the creation of the user.

Current workflow is:

• click on button to create
• input email + name
• save to create user
• edit user
• assign user to group
• save user

looking at the edit interface, maybe also "admin" status, but this is less important as you probably shouldn't add a lot of admin.
