It doesn't seem to be an option on my account to do so. My subscription is due for renewal tomorrow.

Yeah I did that and the autoreply bounced me here. Which I thought was rather strange and unprofessional, but so it goes.

          Hello @eddowding
I understand that it might seem "unprofessional" but the basic Cloudron subscription only includes:

          https://www.cloudron.io/pricing.html#self-support

          Self support *

          What is Self Support?
For the Pro plan, we provide our software with no restrictions and limits. You can use our forum for help. Along with our active community, the Cloudron Team will assist you with any questions and issues at the earliest.

For Service Providers, an additional support agreement can be purchased.

Since the majority of people have the Pro subscription, a note that directs to the forum is only a formality to guide the user to the place where he gets help the fastest way possible.

Do you maybe have a suggestion what we could improve to make it look less "strange and unprofessional"?
          Happy to get feedback.

            1. if I message support@ then I got the email from somewhere. That page would have also told me to search forums first.
            2. Setup intercom with Fin ai or something (chatwoot have ai now I think) so you can do support without having to do support.
            3. Ask yourself if you found THIS process more efficient?

@eddowding I had replied to your email immediately yesterday 🤔 . I checked our mail server, it even got an ack from your mail server. "OK 1752570241 5614622812f47-4141c1aba4fsi5650910b6e.208 - gsmtp" . Since this appears to be gmail, can you please check Spam (which will be funny since you initiated the conversation and I would expect gmail to be smarter to not Spam replies...) ?

Unfortunately, we cannot use AI for Support. The company's GDPR and privacy policy prevents us sending customer information and customer tickets into any AI or in fact any 3rd party service. It would be a big change to hand out data, and we have to inform all our existing users of this change as well. By design, we don't track anything about our users other than credit card via Stripe . The issue is not technical but mostly business related (as I understand).
