Solved I'm on a "Pro Plan" - suddenly I'm being asked to "Setup subscription"

I'm - since the beginning - on a "pro plan". When I logged into my cloudron today, I was being asked to "set up subscription".
In my cloudron account, my account is suddenly listed as "free"...
My last invoice is dated 16 June 2018.
What happened?

I checked the status of your subscription and from the event logs, I can see that it got manually cancelled on 2018/07/04 09:05:48
If you wish, I can re-setup the subscription with the previous conditions you had. -
Yes please - I can't remember cancelling anything... ?

Hi, I'm sorry to "use" this question again. I'm having the same problem. I was on the "Pro" plan till last month. Now, without any action by myself, Cloudron asks my to "Setup Subscription" and in the "Cloudron Control Panel" the "Subscription" says that I'm on the "Free" plan. Can you help me?

@RoboMod sorry for this, I have reactivated it again and saw that I previously had suspended it, since your server didn't respond to our alive check for some time and I thought it was unused.
