Wordpress Gutenberg Era: To cache or no cache plugin?

In the era of Gutenberg, are you guys still using caching plugins? The word on the street is that if the site is built properly with Gutenberg, then caching offers little-to-no improvement, especially when caching is done on the hosting/server-side. Thoughts?
