    For a few days / weeks now, I see "Topic Tools" in this forum that I didn't see before:

      I assume, for your own topic, you can use parts of the Topic Tools.
      So having this Tooltip for all topics might be a little misleading, but I think this by NodeBB design.
      Hiding this Tooltip based on a view where you might or might not have access to parts of this tool might be tricky.

      But, that would be a question for upstream.

        No, this is shown in /unread - not in specific topics.

        I'd guess it's something to do with @girish trying to give a few of us more permissions recently:
