Cloudron 9.0.15 – Unable to create external URL links in the dashboard

I am running Cloudron version 9.0.15.

In previous Cloudron versions, I was able to add entries in the dashboard that effectively acted as links to external URLs (not hosted on Cloudron). This was useful to centralize access to external services (infrastructure dashboards, third-party admin tools, etc.).

On Cloudron 9.0.15, I can no longer find any way to do this:

• list itemNo option in the UI to add an external link.

• list itemNo documented workaround that behaves like a simple dashboard shortcut.

• Only full applications can be added, not external URLs.

• I am certain this was possible before, either directly or via a supported mechanism.

Questions:

Has support for external URL links in the dashboard been removed?

Is this an intentional design decision or a regression?

Can you help me ?

In Cloudron 9 external links have been moved Appearance.

We already had multiple report of users not being able to find it so we will move it back to its old position or to another place where it makes sense.
