I am having trouble installing Rocket.chat. After I fill in the domain, the loading circle appears briefly and then stops without any progress. Is there anything special to consider for this app? Other apps can be installed normally.

Doesn't Rocket Chat use MongoDB? Because the service is grayed out for me and doesn't display any logs.

@fbsit mongodb requires AVX support in the cpu, some do not have that, in which case mongodb is not available as a service. Could this be the case?

@girish said in AVX Support in your VPS/Server:

Mongodb 5.0 requires AVX support. See https://github.com/docker-library/mongo/issues/485 .

Are you affected? Let us know your VPS provider and if cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep -i avx produces output. If that command does not produce any output, you are affected.

@fbsit ssh into your machine and try that command:

              cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep -i avx

my guess is this is likely to be your issue

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner
