Is it just me or do others have issues that a backup site content configuration, specifically 'exclude these apps', do not persist ?

I have setup some exclusions multiple times, and when I come back some time later, they're gone.

Not knowingly restarted or changed anything.
Sneaking suspicion that if I install an app, and uninstall it, then the settings get wiped ... even though the excluded app is not the one that I uninstalled.
Or maybe I am hallucinating (again).

Could this maybe be the case where a backup site does not include the platform backups? The main backups list (below the backup sites) only shows backups which include the platform backups also. I had this confusion myself also and we may want to split those two views to avoid this confusion.

Otherwise you might have hit some bug
