    • New UI
      • Angular to Vue.js

      • We wrote our own component library called Pankow
      • Users view now has user pictures
      • Unified mailbox workflow
    • Backups - new concept of backup sites which allows you to configure multiple backup destinations each with their own schedule and contents.
    • Live graphs - cpu, memory, network
    • Backup stats & integrity - backups include file count and size information. integrity is stored as part of backups .UI for integrity verification is coming in 9.1
    • Multiple private docker registries
    • Hetzner Cloud DNS
    • Synology C2 storage for backups
    • SSHFS optimizations - various file operations now use ssh directly instead of the via SSHFS fuse. This increases backup speed by almost 100x .
    • New docs based on docusaurus (migrated from mkdocs). API docs is also complete.
    • New notifications added. A full notification view is coming in 9.1.
      • email notification when server reboot is required
      • email notification when cloudron update failed
      • email notification for low disk space (90%)
    • Other Notable Changes
      • Ubuntu 20.04 is deprecated
      • Various software updates: Haraka (3.1.2), Docker (28.1.1), Redis (8.2.2), MongoDB (7.0.28 - this fixes mongobleed)
      • API keys of domains is periodically validated
      • Vanity nameservers support
      • Optional addons are disabled by default for new installations
      • Brevo mail relay
      • App backup runs separately in a background and does not block app operations
      • Tokens can be restricted by IP range
      • Gravatar support for profile pictures is dropped
      • Support for user dashboard background dropped
      • Admins can manage profile pictures of users
      • OCSP support has been removed. Browsers already did this in favor of CRLs
        OIDC + Cloudflare
      • CSP/Robots sections now have common patterns in a dropbox
      • mail: add rbl6 check

        Might be a coincidence but could be pronounced as the district from Germany Berlin-Pankow, so German pronunciation?
