There is now another related bug report - https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/11897
This bug seems to be closed now.

@necrevistonnezr Thanks, looking into it now
-
So the root cause is https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/11474
-
Is it possible to update Nextcloud at least for existing installations as the issue seems to affect only "new" installations after the first login? Or - alternatively - offer an option to manually upgrade?
Nextcloud is heading to 15 now (beta 1 just released), and the 14 versions included a lot of security fixes as well that we don't benefit from currently.

While I also would like to see a nextcloud update, this is a non-argument. Nextcloud is doing maintenance releases and all security related bugfixes are backported.
-
We just pushed 13.0.7 update.
I think we have to wait for the nextcloud team to get back on the bug report (I have attached a backtrace as well in the bug report which should make it easy to spot what the issue is).

Looks like a PR has been submitted https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/12693
