Reaching out to the local network from an HA container?
-
A question of HA and (Docker) networking...
I successfully installed the container, and passed a Zigbee dongle through. Yay!
However, I then realized that when I wanted to talk to a device on my network, the HA container was in a different network from my devices.
Or, if you prefer:
home ◄───── cloudron ◄──── HA container 10.0.0.0/24 10.0.0.xyz 172.X.Y.ZFor some integrations, HA wants to reach out from the container to talk to devices in my home network. Is there anything in the Cloudron model that would let me do this? Or, is the Docker network locked down to explicitly prohibit this for (say) security reasons?
