I would like to add an s3 storage as backup but the button doesn’t show as expected.
Is this a known bug? Are there any workarounds?
    Thanks

@Sintacha you probably have to delete the existing local storage site and then the button will appear.

Hello @sintacha and welcome to the Cloudron forum

We need more details from you in order to better support you.
Please post the output of cloudron-support --troubleshoot from your Cloudron system.
Could you also explain a little more in detail what you are trying to do and maybe include some screenshots to make it more understandable?
Also, if you really are still on Cloudron version 9.0 you should update to the latest Cloudron version since it includes many bug fixes and features.

Thanks Joseph. I will try that. Thanks James as well, I was just trying to access my server via SSH to get the troubleshoot output, although I doubt it will give clues about this which seems to be UI... I meant version 9.2.0. sorry 🙂

Hi! Yes deleting the existing storage site made the button appear and I could add my site. Thanks!

For bug tracking purposes I am seeing the same with a new server install, v9.2.0

"Add" only appeared after I deleted the 'Default' entry.

However "New" disappeared after creating the first backup. How does this allow for following the 3-2-1 rule?

Multiple sites allow you to back up to different destinations with different retention policies. For example, store everything on a primary site and only selected apps on a secondary site.

It appears "Backups" has a bug on new installs that only allows 1 backup site.

                  Hello @kevinds
This is not a bug, it is feature that depends on a Cloudron licence.

Ahh So only "Max" has that?

Alright, may I suggest adding that to the manual then? Particularly the part I quoted (in the post currently hidden).

New user so my posts are/were hidden until "approved", it wasn't showing yet, thus "hidden".
