I was trying to add my app Tymeslot to the Community App Store using this link to the CloudronVersions.json: https://github.com/Tymeslot/tymeslot/blob/main/CloudronVersions.json

However, it says that the JSON is invalid. Am I missing something? It looks fine to me.

@ekevu123 I have had a couple of occasions where the size of the file proved an issue. Nothing ever proven so don’t know / don’t understand / doesn’t make any sense.
All I can say for sure is that for me specifically cutting earlier versions which are effectively legacy and maybe even marked as revoked, produced a smaller file which then worked.
James also suggested doing ‘minified’ version but not tried that as problem has not resurfaced.

@ekevu123 hasn't this just been added to the official app store? 🤔

Not sure it needs to be in both?

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

          Hello @ekevu123
As @jdaviescoates pointed out correctly it has been added to the Cloudron app store.
So no need for it to also be in the community app store, undless you want it to be.

Have you tried the raw link https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Tymeslot/tymeslot/refs/heads/main/CloudronVersions.json ?

@joseph That is it (source: I just tried it myself and directly deleted the app again)

Thank you, who would have thought ... I think some better error messages would be good to help the user understand what the issue is.

It apparently was added, I was never notified of that ... that's better then!

Does that mean we don't need the cloudron versions file anymore, assuming any Cloudron user would prefer the app store install over the manual community package?
