    It looks like loomio updated to Solid Queue to replace Sidekiq and there's a configuration change needed so the background worker is started on Cloudron.

    The changes [and a queue migration script] are described in the changelog https://github.com/loomio/loomio/releases/tag/v3.1.0

    I think this means background jobs have been stalled on our cloudron loomio install since [1.18.0]
